Dog Owner Information

If you’re not sure if the Owner is already in the DSU Event Management Database use the Search field in the linked table “Look Up Owner” below which will open in a new browser tab to determine if the owner registering their dog for the event is in the DSU Event Management Data Base then return to this page.

If the owner exists (You find a record for them in the linked table below or know they already are in the database) skip the form and  proceed to step 2 by clicking the “Next” button at the bottom of the page.

If the owner is not already in the data base, use this form to add them into the system.  Press the “Add/Update” button to enter the owner into the system and then press the “Next” button at the bottom of the page to proceed to step 2.
