If you’re not sure if the Dog is already in the DSU Event Management Database use the Search field in the linked table “Look Up Dog” below which will open in a new browser tab to determine if the dog registering for the event is in the DSU Event Management Data Base then return to this page.
If the dog exists (You find a record for the dog in the linked table below or know they already are in the database) skip the form and proceed to step 5 by clicking the “Next” button at the bottom of the page.
If the dog is not already in the data base, use this form to add them into the system. Press the “Add/Update” button to enter the dog into the system and then press the “Next” button at the bottom of the page to proceed to step 5.
